The plugin manager Backup produces files that can not be have been used in the flash of the decoder, not even to restore the backup.

how to do?

It is not possible to make a working backup of the image.

I'm the only one with this problem?

Or am I the only one with the Venton HD3?

The BackupManager creates a settings file, that can be used to restore settings and plugins after a flash.
The ImageManager creates a complete system backup, that can be used to flash the box.

The files created are not recognized in flash and the flash does not start ..

You're sure you created the correct folder/file structure?
And what if you restore the image directly from the ImageManager?

I use Vix on Vu+Duo.........is all OK!

but, .the plugin don't work on te Venton HD3

in that case we need the corresponding logs that go along with these events in order to see whats going on as virtually none of us have Ventons on which ti try and replicate your issues.

you also need to be more clear in exactly what your trying to achieve and the steps taken so far along with the results.

We looked into that and we indeed found an issue. This should be fixed for next build (745).

PS: Could you please keep us informed if this has been fixed indeed?

the problem of the backup has not yet been resolved, my version of the VIX is the 748....
