Gigablue 800UE HD rebooting problems

I have purchased 2 GIGABLUE 800HD UE 2 years ago and have no trouble with either. However I am having trouble trying to flash box to factory
settings. It was partly my fault as i tried downloading a skin called matrix and box froze and did not recover. When i switched on and off the box wallpaper remained on blue openvix with red light on the front constant. I did download latest vix image onto usb drive but i am not having any joy. Someone kindly help me.

Someone kindly help me. I know how to reboot the box i just need the light at the front of the box to turn blue before i can operate as normal.
