I found yesterday that GB Quad with VIX build 742 with drivers N/A-- gives all DVB-C cable channels same SNR = 87 % and AGC = 59 %. My Sony TV gives AGC 77 - 116 for different muxes, it says signal level is high for all other muxes than the AGC = 77 which is medium. The DVB-C SNR and AGC worked in May, giving different values for different muxes. I think it should be fixed, because the gb c/t-tuner is less sensitive than other STBs and you need it to figure out if the signal level is high enough. It would also be nice that BER would work in DVB-C (also in DVB-S). DVB-S is working (not constats), but have not tested DVB-T.

The driver development of gigablue is terrible. If they fix something they also break something that has worked before (like BER in DVB-S).
