Hope anyone can help me here.

I have had my solo for just over a year now which was bought from the forum support here at world of satellite.

The box will not power up or show any led lighting. It just seem dead. I have tested the cable and it all fine.

I have also use electric meter to trace current inside the box and voltage seems to be flowing.

This seem to have happened after flashing the latest image (online flashing) hoping to correct the voice out of sync. The box was just flashing the red and the yellow led afterwards and I decide to power cycle using the small button at the back and that was it, the box just stayed dead. No power, no led flashing, no light.

Cheers

From what I remember it flashes green once complete, so powering off the box while a flash hasn't completed could kill it.

Have you tried a fresh flash since?
Grab the image from http://openvix.co.uk & let us know how it goes.

Thanks for response.

Flashing was completed a day before this happened.

The box won't even turn to on for flash via usb...just dead. No light

Have you left it powered down for an hour or two & then tried?
Also, removed any other connections, just the USB holding the image flash?

Still no joy.

No power on box, no light and no led flashing. I think the box is dead for good
