Help needed to restart my receiver

Please can you help me to restart my VU+ Duo DVB-S2 HD receiver box. I purchased it from a supplier but not in contact with them any more. I was trying to upgrade software but for some reason the unit shut down and despite powering on and off several times the unit will not restart. Please advise

You likely need to reflash the receiver follow this tutorial it should help.
