The rest I dont bother with but your best bet is to go with the Licher ones.

Upload them to the root of flash or a mounted USB stick in a folder called /picon

Thanks judge I will download them now but how do I exactly do I get them on to the memory stick mate I have a 32gb sandisk mounted to my vent on hd2 thanks judge

you can either use a FTP program to connect to the receiver and then the USB cable, you simply create a folder called picon directly on the root of the USB stick then copy all of the picon files directly into this folder. or insert the USB stick into your PC and do it that way. The image will auto detect the picons but it may need a reboot to show them correctly.

If you're using ViX just install a set from the feeds. The 'Ocram'-variety is very good (e.g. HD transparent black).

Thanks Phoenix sory if I seem slow hear but a bit new to the box only had a Tm 800 before so not much need for ftp only for cam so how exactly do I create a folder on my mem stick if I am going to to installed the picons using the ftp method do I make a new empty folder on my PC and drag it to the men root on the ftp then drag all picons to that and then ftp over to the box or am I way out there

Just FTP the unzipped folder called picon you just downloaded to root of your HD2

No need to use a USB stick

I have a memory stick mounted so I don't use up memory on the box have been told it is best to put picons to USB

Naahhhh, picons in flash are fine. The days that flash was expensive and hence very limited are long gone.
Flash is fast storage memory; a pity not to use it. After all you did pay for it!

Hi judge I just upload picons using ftp and all is good I was wondering if I want to upload more picons for other satellites do I put them in to the same folder as what I have put the first lot I did or do I need do create a diferent folder each time

yes, keep them all in the same folder.

doesn't really matter, find the most complete packs that you like the look of.
No point in filling them up with sats you don't have access to though...

Ah just to go back a bit hear judge do I take the picons from each set and put them in the picon folder I mean I take them out the downloaded folder first before I put them in to the pi on folder in the memory stick

all picons you want to use should go into the same folder called 'picon'
no sub folders.
