picture jerking

just set up my new 202e and i get jerking every 20-30 seconds on the channels has anyone else experinced this is there settings i should be changing for cccam using the 1.24b1 firmware is this the problem.

i first used plug socket to get it to my router so i dicided to try hardwiring it no change just have no idea whats causing it

Its where its coming from thats why its jerky.
