535 Incorrect authentication error

Hi

I get this message everytime i send a log in, it does show a green tick so not sure if it is being sent?? I have had this now for a few weeks, previously on my duo and now on my Solo2

i have the same and when i retry says already sent but i dont believe because i dont get a copy:D

BTW if you push OK button the green tick disappears and you can try sending again hopelessly
