Swap file on USB - is it possble?

I created a swap file on my Hard Drive using ViX Swap Manager. All very easy to do and working ok.

But I want to put the swap file on the USB which I have permanently plugged into the rear of the receiver for EPG downloads. I can't see any command in OpenViX 3.0.734 - any ideas?

I believe it. needs to be format as ex3/4

Yes initialize the Usb on stb to ext4. Then you should have no problems. Both my boxes use swap file on Usb.
