Hi Guys
I'm a Noob here and hoping someone can help. I was advised to update my software on my box as only my freeview channels were coming up and none of the other ones. As the box rebooted it froze, for maybe half an hour, so I turned it off and on again. Now it can't get passed the first screen (black with white text "openvix all your support needs at world-of-satellite.com). So here I am, hoping someone can support my needs! :P
I imagine I've given you not enough to go off here - however if you can point me in the right direction i'll be happy to answer anything you ask?
