Hi, for some reason the channel title on sky germany are jumbled up, they have rows of capital A's in them, only seems to be these channels, any idea why? i should mention i'm using vix image.

Could be corrupt bouquet..I could only suggest a hard reboot see if that makes a difference or reinstall bouquets.

as i'm new to these boxes could someone run me through the reinstall of bouquets?

As yoiu are running Vix goto menu/set up/service searching you will see auto bouquet maker open it set it up for your area etc and it will download and install latest bouquet to box.

Thanks, when i go to auto bouquet maker providers there is no sky germany in there, the only one set to yes is sky uk, what does it do if i set others to yes?

no Idea sorry i only ever use for the UK on 28.2e.is there not a plugin for the sat you want?..what satellite are you on?

if i remember correctly sky germany was not able to be incorporated into ABM so you will need to manually load a pre made bouquet pack for these channels of perform a full scan on the satellite in question then edit them to your liking.

Thanks, i will do a full scan and see if that sorts it.

Correct: we've been looking into SKY-Germany to try to find the details about the system used by them, but we weren't able to find it.

Thanks all for the help, iv'e done a full scan of that sat and it's fine now, not too bothered it's not on the list, i will leave well alone before i mess it up:cool:
