WD Blue Notebook SATA 2.5

Hi all

I bought the above from Maplins yesterday to go into my solo2, at the time of purchase the sales guy told me that if I take it out of the sealed package I won't be able to return of it doesn't work. With this in mind, I haven't attempted to install in case it doesn't work. Ok so question is, does anyone know if it will be compatible?

I have the WD my passport and that has been fine.

Aren't passports internal? this one is an internal one. Judge knows is stuff so I will go with his advice and fit it later.
