how do i get itv hd

hi can anyone help me to get itv hd on this box , I can get every other hd channel including itv 2 , itv 3 itv 4 but not itv , auto bouquets maker is set to update every morning at 4. 30 , I have all channels set to swap sd to hd but there doesn't seem to be an itv hd on my box
any help would be great thanks

What region do you have set for Freesat / sky uk ?.

no its not , its set for sky Scotland , do you think I have to set it to sky uk

Thats why because ITV1 HD is technically not available for Scotland.

ok I will set it up for sky uk but had a few problems on tm2t with sky uk ie channels went missing and it happened on a few boxes I set up, thanks for info

all of my boxes (7 of them) are setup for sky uk / freesat and sky ireland and i very rarely have any issues.

If you do a manual scan on on 10936 v 22 9/10 , it gives you ITV HD and STV HD you can then move them into your bouquets this is what I do but that is because I am in Scotland and want STV HD (this comes up as channel 3855 and not STV HD but epg etc all works)

I had the same issue, in ireland. I just done a full scan and there were a few ITV HD's to chose from, once selected u can save in favorites or where ever u like

You can change the channel name from 3855 to STV HD once it's in your bouquet in dreambox edit :)

In d/box edit once you have moved the channel to your preferred bouquet(s), you simply right click on it and it gives you the option "rename service in this bouquet"
