Can we add the Narrative languages to the image so that people can select it in the list of preferred languages?

(I am asking on behalf of someone with sight problems in the family)

do not think that studios have different lang codes for that, just actual languages.

Any advice to make receiver prefer NAR over English for all channels where available?

Not really. Choosing 'narr' on all services and enable the setting 'remember setting made' (or so) does the trick for some time (until a reboot).

Wasn't it enabled by default in early 2.3 builds?
If so, I'm sure you could try changing some settings in Auto language selection - prefer AC3 & prefer audio track stored by service might do it.
