Ferguson 102e ~ Movies are scrambled

I have inserted my sky card into the Ferguson 102e and cannot view the movie package the is on my card.
They all show as scrambled.

I am new to all this, does anyone have any suggestions

What cam does it use, not sure you can install additional cams on those boxes especially ones that use box keys?
