Upgraded to build 729 (was on 668) - seems to be rather unstable in comparison. I've had numerous freezes with the spinning 'VIX' symbol - while getting CrossEPG database information, while running the graphical multi-channel EPG, while reviewing open timers. Seems to be rather random unfortunately, although most of the freezes happen with open menus.
On the plus side for 729, recording seems to work fine, sound and vision are OK (no muting on ARD or ZDF, for example, which I sometimes get on 668 - fixed by changing channel) - it's just the stability which seems to be at fault at the moment. It's a bit difficult having to explain to the better half why I'm switching the box off again...
So for now I'm reverting to 668, but if anyone has any answers I'll upgrade back :)
