Hi All, I am new to the scene and have limited knowledge.

Here goes.

I want to ditch my sky box and the wife's Romanian dolce sat receiver with 1 good receiver. I see many receiver's on offer but unsure if any can do what i want.

My romanian receiver is currently non HD therefore this is another reason why i want to upgrade (New HD box alone is 100+ euros) so would prefer an all singing an dancing box that can run both if poss.
Dolce runs off Hellas Sat 2 (39degrees east and uses videoguard)
I subscribe to both.
Additional to this i would love to record, stream films from my PC and if possible have a the option to UHF out so i can distribute the signal that i am watching around the house.
tall order i think.....
i have separate dish for sky and and Dolce
Cost isn't really an issue.
any advise welcomed.
Many thanks in advance

You should be able yo use both cards in a linuxbbox and both dishes but not sure if there are any boxed with uhf output but you can do the same via lan to any pc, tablet or phone.

Hi,
UHF out can be achieved by rather cheap external modulator.
