Hi please could you advise me.I want to make a complete flashable backup of my box but see no plugins for that in plugin menu.

I tried to restore from 726 back to 720 due to sound going off with the backup in the box,, but after waiting over 30 minutes and it still showing it was flashing. I just got getting fed up with waiting. I switched the box off and loaded it from the USB from that backup I made before. So it may be worth after making a Image backup, to FTP a copy to the PC hard drive, just in case.

I use the image manager to flash image's very frequently and only twice has it gone wrong for me, that said it never hurts to keep multiple backups in different locations just in case.

Regarding post by alec i also was on build 726 on my duo at the time wishing to revert back to 720 with exactly the same result, it started the process got to the point where it says on screen changes are being made please wait left mine for well over half hour receiver didnt reboot, in the end i took the gamble to switch off at the rear waited like 5mins then restarted on checking the info it showed reboot took place back to 720 with july drivers ....most strange
