corrupt file??

hey guys.....try to up date my box through telenet and all im getting is

* parse_from_stream_nomalloc: Excessively long line at 10. Corrupt file?

any ideas as this is the first time and when I try to do a reflash from the opnvix files its not even flashing...the light just stays solid green??

Have you tried using the image manager to flash a new image ?. I did post a tutorial showing how to do this but cant link to it at the moment as im online via my mobile.
