restoring vu+box

i was on holiday for a week and turned my vu+box off and came back today and turned it back on today and all the paid channels are not working. Ive tried restoring the box from the backup manage but all it says is "sorry feeds are down for maintence, try again later" doing this for ages. any ideas?

the image feeds are currently set to stable that should not be the problem.

Are you sure your box is connected to the internet? Try a network test.

thanks judge, one of the kids must have disconnected the Ethernet cable, I am stupid lol

No worries, looking at the back of the box is probably the last thing I'd think of too.
Glad you're sorted now though.
