Please Help - Back ground Update Check ??

Ive just flashed my Vu duo with build 339, ( Stable build ) after it became corrupted, BUT it wotn allow me to do a software update, it just keeps saying Background update check in progress, please wait a few minutes and try again, its been doing that for two days ??

Ive never see it before,

339 is pretty old at this stage.
Make a settings back up & fresh flash the box from a current build on http://openvix.co.uk
You can then restore the settings on the First install Wizaed.

I thought that Judge, but it was the latest stable image I could find on here, ill do that then mate
