Freezing Channels & Laggy Remoteive just

Hi ive just setup my Vu+ Solo and all seems to be working gret apart from two little problem

1) im getting intermittent freezing on channels (any channels) menu etc still responds

2) The remote seems really laggy, ive replaced the batteries with good brand news ones but it seems slow and unresponsive, i know its not the box because the app on my phone is perfect and responds how it should.

vix 3.0

any help would be appreciated

just been watching for about 10 minutes and doesnt seem so no mate, what does that mean ?

what does that mean exactly ? is it the version of my ccam or vix maybe ?

I am guessing you don't have a card in your box?

If so thats your problem and if thats the case, discussion ends here am afraid
