Feeds constantly down for maintenance

Hi - I was on build 720 and the plug in feeds were constantly down for maintenance and It was showing no online update to 721, 722, 723. I updated via USB to 723 and the feeds are still down. Am I doing something wrong or are have the feeds been down for a long time?

Feeds have been up most of the time and are now.
Do you have 'allow unstable updates' enabled?

Yes thats enabled. Everything seems fine settings wise on the Solo.

And your internet connection is fine?
You could check via the telnet command

ping enigma2.world-of-satellite.com
Then you should see something like

yeah got results back very similar to yours above so that seems fine. It has always been ok until upgrading to 720 and now 723

Maybe delete the files in /var/lib/opkg/lists and run

opkg update
