hi, tried recording something and got message HDD xxxxxxx is full, checked path and that was correct /hdd/movie/ so tried to initialise HDD as had to reflash box a couple of weeks ago, then got another message initialise failed due to timeout sorry.
my epg daily updates are saved to HDD so had a look to delete things but nothing there.

edit: just checked again, and updates have gone back to internal flash and wont change to HDD

Well, that's more than likely your problem.
You're going to have to reflash & not install TSPanel.

so you think its TS panel causing this as this will be second time ive had to reflash in 2 months

Yes: TS-panel still causes mount problems. Only way to fix it is to flash.

De-install TS-panel and make a backup; if you use that backup for restoring after flashing 723 your box is up & running in a couple of minutes.

tried removing TSpanel before flash but wont remove. so flash first ?

Yes, but then don't restore plugins after the flash. Restoring settings should still be fine.

Than you must have restored plugins. So now you get the same issues again.

You should have restored settings only.

When you flash an image from here (http://www.world-of-satellite.com/enigma2/openvix/index.php?dir=ViX-Softcams/) and don't do a restore, I can guarantee you that TS-panel is not installed.

ok without doing reflash again when i press red button while on TSpanel i get options to remove, extensions, system plugins and vix which if any can i remove, dont forget im a newb..

Sorry, but TS-panel can't be really un-installed (as it overwrites systemfiles).
So the only way is to reflash (which is fast enough).

thanks all, eventually got rid of TS-panel , will have to wait a while now see if it has solved it.
