722 Update caused hdd to go corrupt!?

Yesterday i updated my solo 2 from bulid 721 to 722. This caused my hdd to go corrupt and lost my recordings/picons etc. I ran initialisation now my hdd only shows 8gb instead of the 1tb it should be.

Any ideas?

I doubt your HDD was corrupt, maybe just not mounted.
As for the 8GB showing, are you sure this isn't a USB stick?
What shows up in Mount Manager?

It's definitely mounted, after a struggle trying to run initialisation again its still showing the same 8gb. No usb stick 1tb internal hdd installed.

Mount manager shows:

Size: 8.45gb
Mount: /media/hdd
Device: /dev/sda1
Type: ext4 R/W
