Problem with image 720

Hey Guys,

Ive got the latest open vix image installed on my VU but it keeps crashing, sometimes with a message regards the issue log and other times i just get the vix image in the top left corner of the screen and the box restarts. it only seems to happen when I'm recording another channel.

If it's crashing, it's creating debug logs, by default in /home/root/logs/
Please upload one of the time when this happens.

how do you upload a file? only option i have is for pic or vid.

Click on Go Advanced, just under the post area.
You then have the option of adding files.

it seems you have PTS enable do you also have problems without PTS?

Permanent Time Shift.
Menu -> Setup -> System -> Timeshift settings.

im not having any issues with time shifting. Is this whats causing the issue?

Not sure with just one log.
But as Trial suggests, disable PTS & see if you have the same problems.
Also, might be worth turning on unstable updates & update to build 721.

Upload another few crash logs & it might give a better idea.
