What media files can the HD1 Play

Guys looking at getting a HD1 for my bedroom, do you guys who own one of these know what file formats it plays in regarding to movies or tv streams etc.

I currently have a vu duo downstairs and it can play most file types including flv files which ive downloaded from the internet etc.

It's not about file-types but about codecs that are supported by the hardware/drivers.
For the Venton this will probably be the same as for the DUO.
