No signal being received

I am not receiving any signal through my box. It was working fine then when the box was moved to be cleaned around it failed. I have done a factory reset and gone through the basic setup wizard but when i get to SETUP TUNER A screen it fails. These are the settings on that screen:

Configuration mode simple
Mode single
Satellite automatic
Send DiSEqC no

Then goes through checking tuner on different satellites and each one is tuner status failed.

I have tried the lead to my dish with another box and that is receiving a signal and getting channels.

Any ideas because i fairly sure lifting it up to clean dust from around it couldnt have caused it to give up?

Have you tried your box after you tested other box.

Cable might came loose. Reason am asking you this is that you havent stated that you tried this I know it sounds daft.

Yes I retried after using the other box and still the same issue.

Hi,
manually select the sat you are receiving. Go to the line with automatic and press left or right until your sat is displayed.
