Video output problem build 720

Just upgraded from 715 to 720, lost all colour on the scart output.

Am using HDMI in the main room, but sending the scart signal into a modulator for round the house. All previous builds have been no problem.

Reflashing to 715 displays colour again.

On 720: what was the scart setup?

I have same problem.
AV setup is RGB + PAL + 50 Hz (but I have tried almost all combinations - CVBS, S-Video, NTSC, ...).
First boot after update the boot logo was in colour, then everything was switched to BW for all time.
I have also checked Advanced AV settings.
It is definitely not a problem of the release 720, but I think 717 (I'm not sure) and above.

I can confirm this issue; we're currently looking into it.

I think we found the bug.
You can try for yourself using the attached file (unzip to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Components ).
Restart Enigma2 and remove the file after the restart.

After spending an hour testing different scart leads on my vu uno thinking they were knacked, just seen this thread and can confirm the fix works a treat, good work gentlemen.

Someone on build 729 said that issue still remians. Can this be double checked by someone who has not applied the manual fix.
