Update et-9000, but howto? help!

Hi,

I have a Clark-Tech ET9000 with a pli image which I haven't updated in years.
All I can found about versions is that I am using the Enigma from Oct 17 2011
Pli updates aren't available

I read somewhere that the bootloader (and drivers??) needs to be updated to be able to use the newest pli versions (?)
I see a lot of posts about ET9000 getting stuck after trying to update, so I am a bit scared to just try

So what I want is to update my ET9000 to all the lastest software, but I can't really find what I need.
So can somebody please help me and tell me what I need and how to do it. Which files do I need, where can I find the right ones and how do I update correctly

First, you can use AutoBackup with Autoinstall featyre to back up your channel list, your settings and your plugins after re-flash.
Then you might try and unzip it to a USB: http://downloads.pli-images.org/builds/et9x00/OpenPLi-3.0-beta-et9x00-20130816_usb.zip
You should have one folder and several files inside.
If it turns out it is not possible to flash it, you might indeed need a new SSL. Which one do you have now? 82, 83, 84?
