Can anybody help me
I came home yesterday and my wifi was down so I reset it. (May or may not be relevant)
When I turned on my TV my box had an error message saying it had to be reset.
I reset it using the button at the back and now nothing. My TV can't find it. I used to select Input then cable box on my TV remote but now cable box isn't lit up as if it isn't plugged in.
I've unplugged and reinserted all cables and I've tried a different HDMI cable but nothing.
The green light is on at the front of the box though so it isn't dead.
It's a VU+ Solo with VIX.
It was set up by someone else who I can't get in contact with so I don't really know much about them.
Any ideas please?
