Just updated my duo to the latest update, after a long process due to update of picons the box says

On the front and the box is unresponsive. I haven't seen this before so just posting to let you know.
I had to switch off at the back of the box to get it working again. There is no logs to send you so hopefully you will no what this issue is. Also i have lost the picons folder from correctly mounted usb ext4 so have redownloaded (if that's a word lol..)
