fixing ip address

Is there a way to fix the IP address via the box

I have tried via my router but cant get my head around it?

Or is there a scanner for a iphone or a mac that might tell me what is on what channel.

Once you are in the setup, put the DHCP as no and then enter the IP address that you want.

Personally would do it in the router less problematic.

Modern. Router should be easy to do. Setting may be in LAN setup.
