Quick question
I did a search but didn't find much

Is there a simple way to stream something from my laptop to my venton receiver?

All the searches I did came up the other way round streaming from receiver to pc

Using latest vix build (if that makes any difference for this question)

Why not just mount your laptop drive and play files from it? Or is that not what you want to do?

I tried to figure out how to ad the hard drive but couldnt get it to work. I shared the drive on the pc but couldn't search on it from the venton
But for this particular question it is not what I wanted to do

I wanted to know if I could stream like you can do using airplayer but from pc instead of iPhone
As I cannot get airplayer to work properly on the venton
So was just looking at alternatives
