Advice Needed on Cloud Ibox receiver

Hi All,

I am a noob to satellite and receivers, a friend suggested to buy a Cloud Ibox receiver.

I now have bought it but cannot find a thread for it to update the image/firmware.

I found a youtube video(in german http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwegeKYTj2I ) which says is same as vu+ solo.

Has anyone got this receiver and please guide me on how to do this and which images to use.

Sorry mate, closing thread as its a solo clone and we do not offer support for clone boxes.

If you can I would return and buy an orginal as lack of support for it should give you an indication of its longevity.

If people are prepared to rip a firm out, what support do you think they will give you?
