vu duo second box

ok, like my vu duo much so got a second one. so the second one has a vix image on it. what i would like to do is simply copy all the settings from the old box to the new box, bouquets, plugins, picons etc... Can someone explain the process to do this. Assume I need to put them on usb on the first box, copy this info somehow, then plug that usb into the second box and somehow transfer that info?

You could just use the backup manager to create a backup, then ftp in, transfer this to computer, then on to a new usb stick, and plug that in to the new box. Flash the box, and upon first install wizard, restore the settings...

This will also copy any cam configs, so you might need to adapt these for your second box...

Hi mate

I made on my main pc a folder which contains all the settings and files for CCcam etc in the event of a reflash i can be back up and running within 5 mins just remember to update these files if you make any changes .
