on screen menu problem

Hi,

downloaded the latest vix image when watching tv it is fine but all the menus on the on screen display such as epg are too big how do I resize them ??

Just turn off overscan on your TV. After all that's the only way to enjoy real HD.

Its quite an old tv and Sony KDL32u300 and after looking through tv menus it does not appear to have overscan

Just checked the manual and it seems your right.
Well the next best option (apart form buying a new telly) is to go into the menu --> Userinterface --> Position and adjust the size of OSD.

Thanks I'm not do well here there does not appear to be an option in user interface to resize and position

Yep isn't there just downloaded latest image going to flash that on to see if it is on that one

Just checked on DUO2 on build 711 and the option is there.

Menu --> Setup --> System -->User interface --> Position setup

Yep have just downloaded it now thanks also gave me option to set up in the wizard where the last image didn't :-)

.... where the last image didn't :-)
Then you must have done the restore; then that part will be skipped.
But you can always use the normal menu option.
