Cool TV Guide Timezone

Why does Cool tv guide show the timeszone as 00 & 30 past the hour as what would seem by default but at other times i open it up & it shows 15 & 45 past the hour. This is not happening at certain times just on a random basis.
I for one dont want it showing at 15 & 45 past the hour as programs dont usually start at those times. Surely this must be a bug? I cant find anything in the menu that sets this timing & even if there was why is it changing randomly?

why you think it's a Bug ??

this is normal

what you want to see when it's 19:50 ?? 19.30 is to early and 20.00 is to late
so you see 19.45
and this is never a Bug :)

Sorry Coolman but i still dont like it but i do understand where you are coming from
But personaly i would still prefer to view the 00 & 30 mins regardless of what time i view the epg as for example when i view it at 45 mins then the rest of my days viewing will only show at 15 & 45 mins past the hour leaving me trying to work out where the majority of programs start & finish ie 00 & 30.
It would be good if it was made configurable via the menu cause it just does my head in when i cant view the 00 & 30
Its a great program & i thank you for it.
