spiderbox hd900 help

hi ,
be grateful if someone can help me with my spiderbox please.
the box does not appear to transmit any signal from hdmi connection anymore and yet scart and rca are bot fine.
i'm not sure why this is happening.everything works fine with the box except this.
all help greatly appreciated.

There is a setting in control panel /video output that can turn hdmi on or off.
