HDD for Unibox HD2

I’ve just ordered a Venton Unibox HD2. Could you recommend a suitable 2TB HDD (SATA II or SATA III) are they both compatible?

I'd recommend fitting a 2.5" HDD, most will work fine, easier to install than 3.5". 3.5" can by a bit fiddly to instal. Also will be less noise and heat.
