lost ability to show ECM times and screen res when pressing OK twice

I re-flashed my box tonight and started from scratch to sort out an issue ive been having and im sure its a setting somewhere but i cant find it but the issue im having is i use to be able press OK twice on the remote and i used to get an extended info bar which showed useful info like ECM times and screen resolution but now when i press OK twice it just removes the info bar.

How do i get the extended info bar back please?

its in the user interface settings, show second infobar at the top
