Hi all, since build 699 been having problems with AC3 audio and the digital downmix to stereo no longer working.
Can anyone confirm this is broken in the later builds ?

Hi, I'm on latest drivers 22/08/13 723 and still no 5.1 available even though the previous one 721 said it corrected the fault it didn't.

Have these drivers corrected the fault for anyone?

New drivers were placed in the image from build 734 along with the new kernel, This has fixed a lot of issues from previous drivers.

will there be a solution soon then for the downmix from 5.1? My box still stuck with just stereo.

No idea mate, it has been reported to Technomate so it's now in their hands.

A manual fix is to use an optical cable rather than using the hdmi audio...
