Help needed EPG

I am a newbi at this

If anyone can put me on the track with this problem.
I have a VUplus duo with the latest Blackhole firmware, when i try to an EPG update it just doesn’t happen what does come on screen is this,
SERVICE UNAVALLABLE CHECK TUNER CONFIGURATION.
My tuners seem to be configured as they are both set to 28.2 Astra

Any help would be appreciated

Need to setup s source as well.

If only sly UK pick crossepg.

Doesn't help in what way ?. All my receivers are set up as per the tutorial and the EPG works fine on all of them.
