Backup Manager - Adding Additional Files

I want to add some additional files to my backups and I know I can use the yellow button to manually add the files I want but what I was wondering was whether there is a file I can directly edit instead that holds a list of files to be backed up.

Yes, you can.
Stop Enigma2 (init 4) and open the file " /etc/enigma2/settings" with a suitable editor. Look for the line "config.backupmanager.backupdirs= xxxxxxx" and add the locations you want. Save the file and restart E2 (init 3).
