i read about vfd controler update , but by firmware update , i canīt change fpga into vfd controler

what to do ?

Which image do you use?
If ViX: please update to 704 and you'll be fine.

If you update the VTi-firmware (from the top of my head blue --> green --> green) and reboot the box, the plugin and the drivers will be up-to-date and the VFD-controller update will work just fine.
