i am using both FF3.6.3 and IE8 and guess today found something really interesting about our shoutbox.
In FF it is working flwalessly. In IE 8, most of the times it doesn't like to load or give an error, if you clicked on the compatability button beside the URL bar, then it work as in FF with no issues at all.
Thought this may help the friends here.
