Just updated to latest vix and seem to have lost discovery hd.

Done a manual scan and transferred latest catseyes bouquet but still missing.

Anyone else having same issue? Wondered if xml file might have an error?

Try using the built in ABM plugin to generate your bouquet and see if that picks it up.

I also updated today and lost sly sports news hd. I'm not sure about discovery hd, im doing a scan of 28.2 at the moment as abm failed to fix it.

Either do a full scan of 28.2 or scan the tp's that pheonix has posted.

auto scan didn,t work for me,, had to do a Transponder scan..?/ cheers satcat

Tried full scan and transponder scan but no luck with catseyes.

What is the init thing you are talking about

No need for any 'init thing' here, fresh flash of build 704, run the inbuilt ABM & it clears here with no problems...

no need to reflash whole image either

go into /etc/enigma2 and delete the lamedb file
restart enigma2
run plugin again.

yes but as said you should first kill enigma before deleting the lamedb file otherwise it could regenerate from the corrupted one held in the ram.

it worked for me
but you could always restart the box instead of enigma2.

i also took the lamedb from a successful bouquet update and overwrote the one on my other box and ran autobouquets, that worked aswell.

Reflashed but still can't get discovery. Every other channel works fine but stuck with this.

menu > setup > service searching > > manual scan > type of scan - single satellite > OK , after completion go to bouquets > favorites > last scanned - you will see all channels from 28.2 e , find discovery HD and move it to preferred bouquet
