Maybe a stupid reply but does the channel actually have a subtitle stream? :)

i simply can't get into the menu subtitles even when it is available as i could before. I'm using subtitles constantly as my hearing is getting worse.
i can enter the other menus red green and blue when in audio mode.

Confirmed also on my quad. Yellow button option missing from Audio menu.

Working as normal on Duo.

Both build 701

Just started an MKV contained file and subs are available.

Seems to be an issue on Sat only?

Another update. Finished watching mkv and subtitles are now available on Sat channels. I retried the 3 channels I tested earlier and all ok now. Confused. Could I have been unlucky in that the 3 channels I tested earlier were not broadcasting subs?

still nothing here :(

UPDATE :

i can switch subtitles on by moving up to subtitle selection then pressing OK then going down to select 888 teletext English.

So it seems that the yellow button in AUDIO is not assigned anymore.

Confirm audio button - subtitles yellow button bug in 702. If you press the yellow button the no-no sign appers.
The OPT button subtitles selection works. It's above green and yellow buttons.
