What is the problem? What do you mean won't load? crossepg won't import? Your previous epg is not loading? Or you cannot get the graphical epg to load to show what is showing? What???

also when i go into software update its saying am not connected to the internet but i must be as am watching sky sport

We really need to know more about how you have your EPG setup before we can offer advice, and depending on what you use you dont need a internet connection to get a working EPG, CrossEPG for example.

Hi I am having the same problem with cross epg it's not loading full TV guide on 28.2 it's only loading very little at the moment on my Vu+Duo 2.

gone back to 668 and everything is ok. tried 700 again still had the same problems so il wait till another update is available cheers

just to add to this, there is no problem with any of my receivers using CrossEPG on build 699 so it's not a build specific issue.

My uno auto-updated my epg at 6am this morning on build 699 without problem
