restore?

Hi,
I have had a failed upgrade (vix) on my twin oe.
It's now just sitting at the "OPENVIX all your support needs at w-o-s.com" page LED on reciever is scrolling the word Booting
nothing has happened for a good hour or so.
I can telnet onto the box, I took an image backup as part of the (failed) upgrade, can anyone tell me how to recover from this point please?

if you can still get in with a telnet session try pressing the menu button on the remote, as for using a telnet session to restore a image this is unfortunately not possible, if you could get into the image manager you could restore the image from there. failing that you would need to reflash using a USB stick.

how do I reflash using USB? I have only ever done the online upgrade

Don't know if you bootloader is up to date, Get the latest one from (check dates)
